At Markland Fitness, we specialize in short and efficient workouts. Our most popular sessions last just 30-40 minutes. In that time, clients can warm up, train at the necessary intensity to achieve their goals and cool down.
Mainly for serious athletes, Markland Fitness offers 1-hour sessions. Depending on your goals, these can vary from advanced, ultra-high intensity workouts to more traditional workouts with longer rest periods between sets.
Training with a friend, relative, partner, etc. can provide support and just the right boost to your motivation to achieve your fitness goals.
